Ecostore USA Review and Giveaway- ENDED!

Ancient Polynesians relied on natural plants for bathing; many Polynesians today still use the same things as our ancestors did. My mother and her mother used the insides of a ground Kukui nut to exfoliate their skin while bathing, and Coconut Oils mixed with ylang ylang or sandalwood afterward. Their use of natural products resulted in skin with no acne, and no stretch marks during pregnancy and afterward. (They each had more than a dozen children.) Having recently been contacted by Eco Store USA to review some of its fine natural products, I jumped at the opportunity. I had already known of the great benefits of natural products. As a mom, I try to use the most natural cleaning products in my home as often as I can.

What is Eco Store USA ?

Ecostore USA is the US-based extension of a store, which was established in one of my own ancestors' native island, New Zealand. They provide eco-friendly and ‘green’ products with “No Nasty Chemicals™”. The company began 20 years ago as a home-based business in a NZ eco-village but has since grown both in its home country and now abroad. Each product is made from plant or mineral-based ingredients and is super-concentrated to provide the greatest amount of value for the dollar. Their products range from baby care and pet care to household cleaning products. They are an e-commerce company that is currently selling at a major Midwest retailer, Meijer! Their Household Cleaning products will be available at all 189 MEIJER stores exclusively

My Review of Eco Store's products:

I used Eco Store's Goat's Milk Baby Soap on our 5-month-old baby girl and our two little boys. The soap is made of plant-based ingredients such as Goat's Milk, Wheat Germ and oil of Lavender, and is Rich in Vitamin E, an anti-oxidant.

The scent of Lavender was soothing for both my baby and myself. The soap has smoothness to it that I loved. Each day after her bath she seemed to more relaxed and calm, because she has been fussy due to teething. Her skin had just the right amount of scent and it wasn't overpowering as some other scented baby soaps are. Knowing I was using natural soap made me feel good. The boys ages 2 and 4 years old loved the smell. After bathing them my older son has a bit of eczema, his skin was much better and not irritated.

My Overall Opinion:
On a Scale of 1- 10, it's a 10!! I found it to be very soothing for my fussy teething
baby and mild on her sensitive baby skin.

It's quite obvious, that I love this stuff!

My Recommendations for the company:
Only recommendations would be that they had a few other scents available in baby soap bars. It would be great to see even more of these great Polynesian
natural skin care remedies in their products.

Citrus Spray Cleaner: (Naturally Anti- bacterial)

I often use vinegar to disinfect around the house, especially the booster seats and highchair, they are the often the most grimy after meals. Vinegar works great, but the smell at first is not so great. The Citrus Spray cleaner did the same job vinegar does but with out the scent of vinegar. I loved that there were no irritating fumes like bleach after using it, which my other cleaners have. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about using it around the kids. So yes, I went a little crazy (good cleaning crazy). I used it throughout the week all over the house.

I sprayed door handles

Toilet handles...

Even the faucet handles...
The result is that my kids won't pick up as many germs or spread them too.
Which means that they are healthier and happier. And this Mama is too! ;)

My Overall Opinon: On a Scale of 1- 10, it's a 10!!

My Recommendations for the company:

This cleaning product works wonderfully!
I would love to see these products available in stores in the Western States as well!

The Conclusion: As a mom of 5 young kids, I would highly recommend Eco Store
products for your home and for your families overall health!!
