CSN Stores has one niche store that I love. I love watching home makeover and decorating shows. As far as my own sense of style and design, I definitely prefer traditional design. I have all of these great ideas for my home, but the budget isn't quite there yet. That's one reason I am glad to know about CSN Stores. They have some really great home decor and design products.
One thing that is necessary when decorating is good lighting. I definitely think lighting makes a huge difference in how a room feels. Our home is an older home built in the 1950's. I love the character but the lighting in the living room overhead is more of what you would use in an office. It's florescent lighting. I can't stand it. We have a torchiere light that we use instead. If we owned the home we currently live in, I would definitely change the lighting out and put in some recessed lighting instead. I love how the lighting makes the room, so much more inviting.
